This post comes to you from my poolside sun lounger on a somewhat epic family trip to France.
For those who know me well you can image my inability to spend too long sipping cocktails (at least during the day!), in exchange for an opportunity to explore the few sleepy local brocantes close to where we stay…
… The trip was of course a success (despite my husbands pleas as to how we would fit said purchases into our already bulging suitcases), and has got me to thinking… about themed summer parties, and the amazing stash of props I have just waiting to be uncovered and employed before the summer is out!
I’m thinking that a Nautical / Brittany inspired theme, softened with some of my french antique flea market finds, could create waves, especially in this amazing weather!
