The Ulster Museum, Belfast
What we did
The brief was to create high octane glamorous evening in the stunning and pristine surroundings of the Ulster Museum. We had three hours to pull everything together so, from the moment the last visitor left the building, it was a flurry of Bluemoon activity as we scurried in with ghost chairs, 5ft tall gold trees, gold tea-lights and mirror circles for the table-centres, LED wall washers and black starlight cloth for the stage backdrop.
Last but not least, while Yellow Door catering staff laid the tables, we wrapped up the scene with huge swathes of fabric hung at different points from the top floor of the atrium to accentuate the wondrous architecture and space in the museum.
